My wife is one of those Airline Mile people, you know the type. So because Amazon cannot find it for you (Madness...) I shipped a copy of my list to her to try to find. She uses Barnes and Noble and they give her Miles.

We have the standard agreement. My miles are our miles and her miles are her miles.

You don't know the title of that book on the Warburgs offhand, do you?
