Jeff and all,
I received an e-mail from Paul Henry which I will reprint. Before I do though, c'mon PH 'fess up that you read these boards! I signed my name "Susan", but you refer to me as "Susie"! LOL
Here is my original e-mail:

Mr. Henry,
I have tried to reach you unsuccessfully for the past couple of days by
phone, so I figured I would try an e-mail. I realize that you do not have
the time to talk on the phone with every shareholder, but I hope that you
get a chance to answer some or all of the following questions regarding
TSIG.
In reference to the Coca Cola Enterprises PR, I have the following questions
and concerns:
1) Why wasn't the PR linked to CCE? In my opinion, TSIG needs exposure
because other than the people on Silicon Investor and Raging Bull, I don't
think there are many people who even know that the company exists. By
linking the PR to CCE, at least investors in that company would become
aware.
2) What exactly is the TSIG-Coke campaign about? The PR was very vague,
just saying that it was targeted to the teenage market. Please elaborate on
what will be done.
3) Who will be picking up the costs for the Coca Cola webpage and marketing
efforts? Will it be TSIG? or Coke?
4) Will the campaign be ready in time? With the Super Bowl less than 2
months away and the Christmas holidays coming, I would hope that the
campaign is completely ready to go right now.
5) Will the campaign include any TV advertising during the Super Bowl?

The following are some of my other concerns that I would like you to
address:
1) There was a PR about Robert Gordon appearing on Alexander Haig's TV show.
How do I find out if that show is available in the NY area? I have tried,
but so far I have been unsuccessful in locating it.
2) Have the problems with the IRS been taken care of?
3) Another poster on SI, Suzanne Newsome, has asked me to ask you about the
number of outstanding shares. Will it be leveling off soon?
Finally, one last question:
Why are there so many leaks coming out of TSIG? This Coca Cola PR was
almost a let down because the rumor had been out there for many months. Now
we are hearing rumors about General Mills, Microsoft, and the ever popular
McDonalds.
I appreciate you taking the time to respond to my questions.

His response:
Dear Susie,

My apologies for the delay in getting back to you, but I was out on Friday
and have been tied up in management meetings for the past two days. As is
often the case, you and others ask questions that I am not allowed to
answer, but I offer the following.

KO and CCE were OK that we released what we had to, but they did not want us
to make a big promotion out of it, so we did not include their stock
symbols. We will provide further details as the campaign proceeds, but we
do expect the campaign to be ready in time. Unfortunately, we do not expect
to be a beneficiary of Superbowl advertising.

As for your other questions: (1) I do not know where the Haig TV show is
aired but will be learning more. (2) We are working on the amounts due the
IRS but still need to raise more capital to take care of that and other
expenses. (3) We cannot raise capital without issuing equity, and as a
matter of company policy, we do not comment on the topics of share price and
possible future dilution.

As for purported "leaks," none came from me. Also, false rumors abound
about this company and many other small companies. For information about
TSIG, and other public companies, I would suggest that you rely on press
releases and public filings from the company, and commentary from qualified
sources, but would not rely overly on message boards.
