I am sorry about my temper. However I learned that e-mail is a poor way of contact when is doesn't work. "Our only alternative is to terminate your service until you contacted us, which you did. " I agree but not during trading hours.....It's very unkind. How do you contact people That don't have e-mail up and running?. At any rate it's water over the dam now....bye.
