This is a HUGE improvement over per minute charges. It's good news and I don't see how the continent will be able to hold on much longer. I'm rusty on population numbers but I'm under the impression that western Europe has a population either close to or exceeding that of the US???

Regards,
John

Victor - By the way, I noticed yesterday that Yahoo reached a market cap of 103 billion. SUNW passed Dell in market cap the other day and who knows, YHOO might do the same. This is a company with around 400 million in revenues, which I believe is now worth more than Boeing and General Motors COMBINED. NASDAQ is up around 63% on the year so far. Looks crazy to me, and I'm now at a very high cash level. As with my recent Compaq trade, if the bargains come I'll be there. To tell you the truth, I'm tempted to do some shorting in the near future...

John
