Examining horizons can reveal some double edged results, sometimes. Not only will there be many more millions peeping into black coax, but the average file sizes attempting to barrel down those pipes will also increment by some order of magnitude. Which means that the MSOs need to keep on top of escalating bandwidth requirements, relentlessly. "We have a million subscribers now and by the time our exclusive arrangements begin to expire in June 2002 we will have many millions more."
