Should be back to $80 by the end of week. I picked some up at close yesterday @52.5

Best opportunity out there today even at these levels.

NIDEK will be dead long before patent court. Their business plan, to make money selling machines while risking triple damages and service when the market leader can practically give them away, is suicidal. I don't know where they are coming from, but it is a good thing they are private.

Bought more yesterday at 52. In the end all of this is a nonevent. VISX has early mover advantage and the leadership to make the run last. NIDEK will be a distant memory in a few years.

Any doc stupid enough to risk his practice by buying a NIDEK deserves to lose everything.
