It's interesting that BW's press release still mentions the bogus claim that you assured them of accuracy (which none of their paperwork on the web asked for at that time. Their current membership form warrants that submitted material is accurate. Their old forms warranted that the submitter was responsible for the accuracy [Ed: or lack thereof :^)] of the submitted material

Many of the releases that BW publishes are IMO obviously fraudulent. It wouldn't take a lot of research to discover the fraud, just a modicum of common sense. BTW, by failing to mention that this lawsuit came about because of an April fool joke is negligent, IMO.
