Ah, Contact

Hi Bobby, DD

There are already plenty of death and destruction and conspiracy and sky is falling sites.

I honestly believe that Y2K is very serious and will be the largest factor affecting the price of gold in the near future, assuming the Fed and the Central Banks either relax their grip or can no longer control it. Based on that, since this is not a moderated thread, I will continue to post 1 or occasionally 2 of the Y2K articles daily that I think are most relevant.

Could I be wrong about Y2K and gold or Y2K itself? Of course, and I am sure that you guys will not hesitate to remind me of it (probably infinitum). But I have made my investments accordingly and will live with them ... Que sera, sera.

As to 49r, she has torn a strip off me or my ideas now and then, sometimes in error and often justified. But what the heck, it goes with the territory, and she does have an interesting way with words.

:-))

John

PS - I really do hope Y2K will be Y2OK, I just don't think so.
