CostPlusFive.com Revenues Near $3 Million; Company Set to File 10Q

BERMUDA DUNES, Calif., Dec. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- CostPlusFive.com, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: USAV)
announced today they expect their consolidated revenues for the ten months ended October 31,
1999 to be nearly $3 million. The company also indicated it would be filing its third quarter 10Q
report with the SEC on or very near December 15, 1999.

Asked to comment on the company's performance, President Frank Scivally said, "The addition of
Beverly Boulevard Associates, our recently acquired courier company in Los Angeles, has provided us
with all it promised in terms of revenues to this point. I don't believe we will be profitable for the
reporting period, but we are getting much closer. Our on-line marketing of CostPlusFive's
HECTOR(TM) has begun to get the attention expected, and we look for that product to account for an
increasing percentage of our revenues in the new year. I know we are getting substantial interest in
HECTOR from overseas, and indications are that we may sell several thousand units of that innovative
piece of equipment within the next few months."

Scivally also indicated that the tardiness in filing the 3rd quarter report was solely due to
consolidation issues with the courier company acquisition.

CostPlusFive.com is an Internet e-commerce business specializing in the sale of computers and
