Hi gang, mostly a lurker here, and a refugee from the Gorillas & Kings thread. I am getting ready to make a presentation to the G & K thread on Exodus. I have 2 questions for you: 1. Does anybody know what the rate of new web sites is going up on the internet, on a daily, monthly or annual basis? Yes, I already know that the number of users is doubling every 3 months or so, but since Exds is a pure-play web-hoster, I would like to know how many new websites are being generated each month. 2. Does Exds have any proprietary intellectual property rights in the way of enabling hardware or software, for its IDCs or for its managed services? In other words, what prevents some competitor from simply duplicating everything EXDS does. EXDS is apparently the leader in its segment because of hustle and vision, and first mover gains. But without some special property or enabling software/hardware, it would seem susceptible to being outdone by someone bigger and equally committed. TIA, Stan
