sw, someone in RB posted this technical overview regarding the conference call yesterday. I didn't have time to participate, but overall speaking, I'm excited about the company.

CONFERENCE CALL : TECHNICAL OVERVIEW

Based on the information provided by Roger during the latest conference call the
following technical summary and business analysis is being offered for the benefit
of current shareholders as well as those considering a position in ADVC.

DISCLAIMER:
This is an informal analysis based upon the conference call
and other sources of publicly available information. It is
largely my opinion with a subtantial amount "guesstimation"
about how the various pieces are going to fall together.

1. ADVC is currently acquiring controlling interests in existing businesses that own
various types of communications circuits. These include domestic as well as
international communications circuits. Controlling these circuits means millions of
"traffic minutes" per month which equals millions of "traffic dollars" per month for
ADVC balance sheets.

2. During the conference call Roger mentioned 40,000,000 in funding. This capital
is being used for acquiring controlling interest in various companies, but more
importantly, the capital is being used to expand the existing operations of these
businesses, thereby improving their cash flow, balance sheets, etc., which inturn
reflect positively on ADVC's balance sheets.

3. Establishing a diverse, wide ranging cummunications network, where you are
getting paid "by the minute", represents a consistent, predictable source of CASH.
This continuous stream of revenue represents the foundation of ADVC and the
base for continued growth and diversification.
Additionally, the source of this cash flow, communications line charges, are
especially resistant to the effects of recession or a specific industry downturn.

4. Roger also mentioned that several pending acquisitions are bringing interesting
and, hopefully, marketable technology into ADVC. This, combined with a large
predictable cash flow is something that should not be underestimated.

5. Roger also confirmed during the conference call that several of these
acquisitions are suitable for implementation of the SpectruCell technology. This is
extremely significant. Normally, you would have to market SpectruCell using the
standard methods of trying to sell it to one customer at a time. However, having an
existing network infrastructure means that SpectruCell can be rolled out at your
convenience. You avoid all of the typical marketing hassles associated with new
product rollout and the SpectruCell Wireless Network simply comes into existence.

6. Rogers goal of acquiring companies that own "points of termination" in various
metropolitan areas sets the stage for the implementation of LONWORKS over the
Internet. While I am in no way an expert in this area of technology, I am intrigued by
the fact that manufacturers of consumer goods such as TVs, VCRs, washing
machines, etc., are already starting to build these units with LONWORKS enabled
hardware. I believe that LONWORKS will allow your household appliances to be
polled, diagnosed, and upgraded over the internet. The long term potential of
LONWORKS and AUSTRALON are truley enormous. For anyone wanting a
concise, easily readible explanation of this technology, I recommend reading the
Australon section of ADVC's website.
