John.. IBUI is a new ISP running to become strong on the internet. They are giving computers away with signing up, advertising in print and radio media. They have shaked the under dime crowd and working their way up to fifty cents within the month IMHO. Take a few minutes and look at their trading logs, momentum, and business plan. Best wishes:)
