Joan, same reason the momentum players are paying over 300 bucks for YHOO? the one is bought because it's going up, the other one shorted because it's going down....who needs reasons in this market?

Gas is down 20% from last month, and BR is "the" north american gas play. They lost the Villano field to AGIP, disappointing the market. Assets alone make them merely cheap. I'm probably a buyer under $30, too, but I can see how some people would hold out for even less. If it's a warm winter, you'll get it. -mb
