Found on yahoo: (Price target Raised from $40 to $56.)

NEWS ACTM: Adjusting Estimates For Offering Dilution;
Raising Target(First Call 12/29 08:27:45) CIBC World
Markets Corp. - reiterating our Strong Buy while raising
our target price from $40 to $56 - Should see some nice
movement on ACTM this morning...Follow along with fellow
Level 2 traders at Xcaliburtrading.com with Live realtime
Professional stock and market analysis, daily Level 2
training and education, Excellent support and services,
information on Level 2 brokers and so much More!!! This
is the most unique Level 2 trading center!

I haven't (yet) confirmed this. Cowen has had a price
target of $59 since 18 Nov (see post 1125) while CSFB
has had a price target of $40 since 17 Nov (see post 1122).
Basically, all analysts are looking at an estimated EPS
of $1.70 for 2000... but some analysts see a low PE of
25 for the company while other analysts see a high PE
of 35 for the company. Now it seems more analysts are
moving into the high PE camp... hence the higher targets.

Joemjo,

On Yahoo you posted that there is an article
on ACTM in today's Investor's Business Daily.

Could you locate the article and post it here?
If not, could you please summarize the article?

If you believe that ACTM deserves a forward PE
of 25, then the stock is close to fully valued
(since CY00 EPS is estimated to be about $1.70
and CY01 EPS is estimated to be about $2.25).

But some analysts are saying that ACTM deserves
a higher PE multiple (as much as 35) which would
be more in line with the rest of the EMS industry;
with this higher multiple, ACTM is undervalued
and should be trading more like $59/share.

Does the IBD article shed any more light on ACTM
and its prospects?
