<<This question has probably been answered but I,m still confused- Will PCS be a separate stock? I thought WCOM bought Sprint?>>

The current deal will leave PCS holders with a new tracking stock, probably called something like Worldcom PCS or maybe still Sprint PCS. We will also get WCOM stock at about a ratio of 150 WCOM per 1000 PCS. The pending WCOM 3/2 split will adjust the ration accordingly.

A very good deal, IMO.
