FWIW: TSE makes index adjustment to JDS Uniphase JDS Uniphase Canada Ltd JDU Shares issued 73,241,255 1999-12-07 close $382 Tuesday Dec 7 1999 See Toronto Stock Exchange (TSE) News Release An anonymous director reports Effective before the open on Thursday, Dec. 9, 1999, the relative weight of JDS Uniphase Canada Ltd. (JDU) will be changed in the TSE 300 Composite, S&P/TSE MidCap and the TSE 100 Indices. The weight in JDS Uniphase Canada Ltd. will decrease by approximately 0.67 per cent in the TSE 300 Composite Index, 3.71 per cent in the S&P/TSE MidCap and 0.77 per cent in the TSE 100 Index. The relative weight change reflects an update to the float shares of JDS Uniphase Canada Ltd. Changes to the indices are in accordance with TSE 300 Composite Index Maintenance Policies.
