I am waiting for the last hour reads before I take QQQ action, if any, to see if BKX and UTIL bounces off lows or market bounces and rallies and fades into bell.

Here comes the BKX bounce now. OFF of lows BKX 778.4, now at BKX 781.01. Let us see where this takes us.
