Doug, of course the shares are being accumulated from the little guy who wants to sell and Institutions too, who want to sell, but are in the dark of events. A few people know what is going on and they are accumulating. By the time the announcement is made there will be only very few shares left to trade and so it will be less costly to buy the company. Because of the previous ( 5 years !!?? <VBG> ) history of " bad news " in NN,and few people knowing the importance of ATM in the backbone/telcos, few " sane " people would be buying NN at this time, especially when everybody and their uncle is crying " buy CSCO " !! So we wait. Patiently. The end is near. I believe we will all be happily surprised, TA PS Has anybody else noticed that we have been ocupying an SI's " Hot Subjects " top seat for the last couple of weeks? I take that to mean that SI knowledgable Investors are on the prowl again looking to make a hit. More lurkers than posters? :-)

Doug, 10M shs in one day or over a period?... I would say that we are being accumulated as we speak. Our trading range is very tight and we have no corrleation with the networking tech sector or markets. Canadian journalist who attend analyst briefings have gone as far as to say that we should be sold b/4 the EOY. One-on-one meetings w/ NN seem to result in more share buying. I would say that we should be halted any day now. If 10M shares fly by in ONE day on NN, I would be shocked and that would surely attract a lot of attention. Please clarify what "the sign of a genuine take over" looks like IYO.
