If we can closer near the highs today with this poor of API and DOE #'s I'd say it's pretty damn safe to buy. Actually the service stocks might be better plays than the E&P's (short term 2 weeks). The E&P's are steals here, but gas prices need to stablize. No gas worries with the OSX. The OSX has held up better than the XNG. If the OSX sold back to march levels I could buy FLC again at 5. But you really can throw a dart here and do well...
