Hi John:
RMI.NET Receives $10 Million Equity Investment; Represents Investor Confidence in Company's Business Strategy
( biz.yahoo.com )

==========================================================
Those institutional investors that bought into RMII were (1) Advantage Funds and (2) Kotch Funds. There was a series preferred stock which was turned in and no longer exists. Also according to IR, RMII is loosing 3%-4% of the subscribers from their purchases which is not that bad.

The company is focused on getting their new back office billing system completed and are implementing this in phases which should be completed by Q1 2000. For more information on RMI.NET, call (800) 864-4327, their IR office.

IR told me they plan to go on the road and discuss the prospects of the company with investment bankers. I think there is only one analyst that currently follows the company. This should provide more exposure next year.

RMII has targeted Q4 to have a positive "free flow cash flow" and based on my discussion today they are well ahead of this schedule. The current private placement should provide the necessary capital to operate with out incurring any cash crunch.
