3. Measure the current.
4. Compare it to a preset limit (the datasheet spec! Who would have thought?).
5. Pass or fail accordingly.


Except that Intel's own footnote 20 in the latest Data Sheet for PIII says to set Vcc to Vcc nominal, not Vccmax
