I remember CHKP.. Put it on my watch list early in the year when it tanked to around 27.. Never bought.. Dumb..

So now when I see a stock that I like, I do what I used to do before I got into the habit of using these damn lists.. I just buy a small position so I follow them a bit more seriously. If I get really confident of the pick, I go all out to my full position..

I noticed a lot of companies opted to drop the "F" from their symbols when they were given a choice.. That could have something how the company is seen simply because "F" stands out like a sore thumb, identifying the company as a foreign entity. I think ADRs however still end with "Y".
