Bob ... sorry not in the office with proper tools ... can't offer valid opinion... maybe friday.... I thought that is was an opportunity at 23.. I was wrong at that time and got out... however signal sometimes need to be given twice.. haven't looked recently but at 21 it doesn't seem to have too much downward pressure.

I believe HSAC just finished a seondary. Looks like it might have been a bit much for the market to swallow. Stock doesn't seem to have much institutional support judging by the decline after the placement.
