WTSherman...i would have to agree. Was on XYLN and FORE and saw no action right before the halt...

HOWEVER, they did have the same press/news/story action 30 days before the buyout.

Your thoughts on NN based on your previous experience?

Actually action in the case of Lotus was very hot, and later few executives from IBM was charged for insider trading.

I recall two or three earnings warnings ago, NN tanked several bucks in the last half hour or so. Never heard anything about that blatant case of insider shenanigans!
