Dear Mr. Messina,

Thanks for writing. You may know that Intellesale is in a "quiet
period,"which means that we are prohibited by the SEC from talking about the offering. So all I can say about Intellesale's offering is that the the registration statement and a pre-effective amendments are available from the SEC's website or on Free Edgar (www.freeedgar.com).

As a general matter, I can say any IPO has to go through a very
involved procedure that includes discussions with the SEC, making revisions to the S-1 and meeting with fund managers. As you can imagine, a company that is working towards an IPO cannot control or predict the timing of the SEC's actions.

I am sorry I cannot be more specific at this time. If you have any
other questions, please do not hesitate to call or write.

Very truly yours,

Michael Krawitz

So there you have it once and for all. There is NO confirmed IPO date as of yet.

It would seem from the email that the December 13th date most sites have listed, is inaccurate. We are more likely than not, looking at a January 2000 IPO..and that sits REAL FINE with me.

I prefer this IPO to occur after the new millenium...in January, when ADSX can experience the "January effect".
