Wednesday December 8, 3:42 pm Eastern Time Perfumania to buyback 1.5 mln shares This is 1/6 of the float! MIAMI, Dec 8 (Reuters) - Fragrance retailer Perfumania (NasdaqNM:PRFM - news) said Wednesday it will buy back up to 1.5 million shares of its common stock under a repurchase plan. Perfumania, which said the timing of the purchases will be at the discretion of the company, has about 9.2 million shares outstanding. Shares of Perfumania were up 1/2 at 3-15/16.
