<<Forgive me for blowing off some steam. Several of us just got off the tightrope>>
Ek, you don't know what a tightrope is, until you've been in a short squeeze.
Just enjoy what you've been able to accomplish this last few years. And if I hear you bad mouth Msft once again, I'll continue to be disappointed.
Ps Did you see that Brittania sold off $176mil in Ffiv last month, and the stock keeps going up. Now, who do you think Brittania really is? Just a bunch of Australians, trying to do better than Rupert Murdoch?

Press Release Momentum

Eugene,

I think this bubble may be about to burst. A guest analyst on CNBC this afternoon cautioned about the valuations of the internet sector......especially ventures that maintain momentum through a series of press releases that have questionable meaning.

I think AMZN may be one. Note the performance today, holding on to only 2.5 points of what was at one time up 6 or so.....dispite a "strong buy" from ING......AND the Sprint cell phone deal.

I doubt buying things over cell phones will be any factor for a very long time.......and I think AMZN and many other nets will soon suffer from a sudden lack of buyers willing to pay three of four times what a stock is really worth.

IMO....This will be the real Y2K surprise.

Interesting article......
