I believe most of the manipulation is over for the immediate time. A gradual climb in stock price is the most desireable scenario. Any spike in share price will lure short sellers etc. which is what the longs desire the least!
I believe GM has now taken a large part of their equity position which brings us to where we are no! IMVHO.

Good luck to all GMGC longs! Im buying at $3.25.

Rob

Hcirteg,

Although I would never base my decision on a few hundred shares traded after hours, I can not argue this one. You were right on this one:)

There were at least 80K of shares traded after hours today. The early hours were basically in the mid $3.4 range and the later hours most of the trades were between $3.5 and 3.62. This means to me there is much more interest in the stock for tomorrow than there was last night.

Also, today's surge came about 30 minutes after the press release. The stock had been hovering around 3.25 and 3.35 all day until the press release. One thing I find interesting is that this is the first time since I have been in the stock that they have released news prior to the end of the day (or before the market opened). Hopefully mgt is ready to start acting like a company that cares about its shareholders and price of its stock.

keeping my fingers crossed.

Take care,
kurt

hcirteg, nice call on the price action today. I like the steady upward trend back towards 3 3/4 since the spike last week and subsequent retrenchment. And you are correct, I am happily basking in the "Afterglow" of VLNC. They are committing a "Robbery, Assault, and Battery" on all doubters. We will get to that point here as well, imho.

Take care.
