Mr. David Stone reports
Kensington Resources has arranged for a private placement of 500,000 units
at 20 cents per unit for gross proceeds of $100,000. Each unit shall
consist of one share and one non-transferable warrant. Each warrant shall
entitle the holder thereof to purchase one additional share in the capital
of the company at 25 cents per share for a period of one year from closing.
The private placement is subject to the company filing an annual
information form with the B.C. Securities Commission. Upon the filing of
the company's AIF, any securities issued pursuant to the private placement
or upon exercise of the warrants shall be subject to a hold period expiring
four months from closing. The proceeds of the private placement will be
used for general working capital. No finder's fee is payable.
The foregoing is subject to approval.

LOL, Buddy, you know how rumors get started... I did not know that Art was working for Shane Resources, I don't know anybody who does, R.G. Walker will probably be surprised to hear the news! However, there are a lot who will agree that he is a very good man <g>.
