Marc: If I hear one more discussion about the techs. and the Nasdaq and the nets on CNBC, I will puke. I have chosen to ignore this manic area of the market and take pleasure in the bargains being presented by the stupid institutions. I caught the short term bottom in the oilpatch and am pleased with those purchases and now I am considering a large investment in the financials which are getting real interesting here. I am not sure what is going on here and would appreciate any input, but the financials are taking a dive with a lower interest rate environment here now and lower rates forecasted longer term. Perhaps there is some tax loss selling or maybe even some Y2k concerns: timely.com
