Steve, I wonder how many investors out there see an alert about insider selling and then start selling their holdings or start shorting. I don't know the answer. Maybe it makes the buyers a little less aggressive when they read such alerts. Once they have time to evaluate the information..... Actually the small size of the sale by KK is actually a very bullish sign or at least can be taken that way. good luck.
