Oh my apologies, I misunderstood your post. Personally, I think Bill's a really nasty guy for suggesting such a thing, although I realize he was just trying to maintain the egalitarian nature of the thread.....

Ferret this: Colorado has a law that works. The Racketeering statutes in Colorado are being used to convict gangsters very effectively.

Raketeering is usually a white collar syndicate issue. It is, however, perfectly suited for application to gang organizers. It also gives law enforcement extra teeth in going after the perps. When convicted it adds an extra 48 years of sentencing to what ever else the gang members are charged with.
