Personally, I won't buy this puppy until there is enough volume to indicate that the bagholders at the 4.00 level have thrown in the towel. Technicals suggest they are still holding (and hurting). Those guys are the brokers that bought the block from the other company and failed to unload to the public above or at their 4.00 price.
