Dear zonkie: It seems that the zonkster is the only person we can go to for problem resolution. If we expect results, that is. (Is that enough kiss up?) It seems to me that many of our problems result from your overloaded servers. How's this for a suggestion: Suspend everybody who has clicked the 'ignore this person' button or who has been the target of such an action. (Eg, the ignorer and the ignoree). Maybe then some of us would be able to use SI during the day. Pretty good idea, huh? jim
