Now that the INTC ANCR dots are firmly connected some of some may want to listen to this INTC webcast from the IDF........... developer.intel.com Somewhere in this talk are some numbers like 20 million servers a yr. to help build the internet and they will all use this new Intelliband switch?? I have the transcripts of the FCTC only many of the talks didn't get scripted...........not SUNW or ANY of ANCR's :-(((( But Legato's talk was by Randall Johnson who went right to the book often quoted by Gilder.......... "The Innovators Dilemma" that was written by Clayton Christensen, who lays out the characteristics of whether technologies are sustaining or disruptive. After some qoutes from this book he evaluated FC in this regard............"Open storage networking exhibits at least three characteristics of a disruptive technology".................... Thanks for the first hand reports of the SSB conference. Did you ask if they will start coverage of ANCR someday soon?
