Looks like we are waking up a little. Does anyone have information from today's shareholder meeting?

To the thread:

I received this reply from IR at SNDK:

"The proposal to increase the number of authorized shares passed with a
majority vote.

Happy Holidays,

Shareholder Relations"

Hopefully, a split is not far behind.

Right, there is an earlier agreement between SNDK and Siemens, but that probably relates to existing generation technology. I doubt that any agreement between these companies can lead to new products without SNDK being involved in one way or another, through prior licensing and royalty agreements or other arrangements.
