we are showing increases quarter over quarter, each of the last three. 44%+ in current quarter. Someone seems to be accumulating.

Can someone explain to me how you analyze the following #'s

23.5 million shares outstanding
10.387 million institutional (44.2%)
8.7 million shares short interest
1.4 million Warren/Steele group
4.0 million employee owned
