You have a point. McCaw cannot be discarded by Mot as being insincere so they would have to undress at which point he could then say "no, thank you". But he knows how to market the product, he has inside knowledge of that market, even if he just breaks even on Iridium, he can start gaining customers now and migrate them to the less expensive ICO when he is ready. I doubt that he will be all that sympathetic to debt holders in two or three years when he is ready for Iridium to fold.
