IMO Samsung will be the buyer, not the current fav Nokia, BWDIKnow?

Anyone else notice how similar in form factor, shape, size, the Samsung SCH3500 and the new Audiovox CDM3300are to the apparently defunct Q phone?

Engineer..Why would an HDR cell be necessary to connect to the internet via BlueTooth in an airport? Couldn't some sort of BlueT "eye" be part of a hard wired phone booth, always waiting, so that when you pass by your laptop announces it's presence much the way a cellphone tells the network where it is and presto, all email is automatically downloaded?

The move by Microsoft makes perfect sense if they know that Qualcomm's handset division is to be sold to Nokia.

FWIW, I am in agreement with you on this.

This news and particularly their timing suggests that Qualcomm has already made the decision to sell its handset division to Nokia, and that decision is already known to other bidders. I expect this decision to be announced publicly in a matter of few days. That should give a large boost to both Nokia and Qualcomm stocks.

As the old saying goes: From your lips (actually fingers)to G_D's ears.

I wonder if when the announcement time comes it will cause/require trading in Q stock (as well as the buyer's) to be halted.
