True, but if you assume that there is no moral/personal/emotional cost for these 'promoters', then their reward:risk ratio is incredibly high. Revenues from Stock Sales $500 million cost of promotion $10 million Cost of criminal penalty Maybe $10 million I mean,how much jail time could they get, and we know they'll have the money stashed far from where law enforcers can get it. Nice work. I'm thinking of shifting careers. peter
