Ted, there are convertables and redeemables. The convertables convert at 4, and most have already converted, so these aren't a factor any more. The redeemables are different, and are being paid off with shares at market price. The higher the price goes, the less shares they get. Also, with the price rising they can't sell many shares yet because they don't know for sure how many they will get. In a rising market like we have now, they aren't much of a factor.

With a falling price the reverse is true. They can sell with abandon because the lower the price goes, the more shares they get.
