Duane & John:

I use P&F for my technical reads and here is an opinion of someone who has forgotten more than I'll ever know.

Looks like we may be heading for the semi retracement a little sooner (INTL is breaking down and IBM doens't look to good either). Just be careful.

My only exposure to the semi sector at the momment is ASML (I'll keep this for a while) and FCSE (a quick trade from friday). Look for CYMI on a semi pullback in the low 30's (of course this is from a person who's been waiting for wind from the mid 20's as its run to mid 40's).

At one time you asked me about my picks for tax selling. We'll I dumped SIII (John either $8.5 holds or the stock is going to $6.5 on its way to $4.75) and the chart doens't look to good). HEC is my January effect stock and its not in the tech sector but in oil (a better sector to play in the January - April time frame). The tax selling pressure should end in less than two weeks.

Its an oil play and at less than a buck there is risk. Of course I think 75 cents is a good entry (50 would be better if selling continues this week) and the stock has potential to hit $5 next year (although only $1.5 in January).

Also, if QWST prints $40 it has the potential to run to mid 60's in a relatively short time frame.
