I don't think I've eaten a bug. Many, many years ago, in Hawaii, I remember noticing a roach in Bloody Mary I was sipping.

I informed the waitress, who, at first, seemed skeptical of my claim. Then, "Oh! There he is." She fished it out with her fingers and returned the glass. I said thank you very much and finished the drink.

Didn't seem a big deal at the time. May not have been my first drink of the evening.

Those were the days.....
