Please don't hope for a near crash Matt, as I've been remaining pretty much fully invested lately. I'm betting we ride the bull through mid-January.

You have to make a decision on what you consider "cheap" for LNUX. Remember JNPR could be had in the 90's on day one and two and never looked back but at the time it didn't look cheap to me.

Everyone here seems to have different holding styles. Some will trade in and out all day, others will say they're holding long term. I suppose it all depends on how quickly the market brings the issue up to a "proper" valuation relative to it's peers. I rode JNIC 48-100 in 3 trading sessions, WFII 41-58 in less then 24 hours(I'm back in and holding @ 49, great company), and I've been holding IMAN from 23 three weeks ago, so for me there is no set time frame. Sometimes I hold too long, I'm loaded with PFSW at an average of 40 since last Thursday, which I believe will work out OK but I could've sold for 50+ and bought back in 30's if I used my head. Sometimes I sell too soon, I sold SSSW for an 8 point loss @ 33 when I got frustrated at it's performance and now it's 100+.

All in all, I have a fun and profitable time with these things. Volatility is great as in the BBs but you don't have to worry about scam companies.

The action around here has been kind of sporadic since Kim's thread has become so popular the last month or so. I know you've been over there before so you should check there as well when you can for some really good picks as well. Hard to keep up with the 800-1000 posts a day though. Kim has been gracious enough to always post her IPO picks here but there are some other really great traders there that have pointed out awesome values.

Sorry if I've rambled...
