the biggest risk is failure in front of FDA, but that is minimal because:
1. no side effects
2. machine proven 96% sensitive
3. president (packer) is very careful
4. cti has great repoire with FDA

otherwise they have a one year head start on any competitor. after 1-2 years there is the danger of someone nipping at their heels, backed by GE or toshiiba.

you asked for the worst--that about does it.
