summary 0 trades today my intraday and eod reads are bias toward short here but it is december... the thought of shorting in December sends chills up my spine. Bonds lost 34 min utrend fork... 21 min spoo forks gave good short entry today... charts here geocities.com ht david ht david

I messed up again. I was short 4 at night on the globex on the December contract and I thought I was supposed to convert over to the March contract. I then covered my December contract at 1421 and sold the March contract at the equivalent price of 1441. What should I do? I would suggest that we imagine that I sold the 1441 contract at the December price of 1421 and when I cover it cover it, I cover the December contract price. I propose also that I keep the extra December trades as a penalty. This is what I will do until I hear from a ruling. Sorry I am again such a pain:( Best Wishes, Bob
