It seems that way to me also. I think that it may have something to do with NASDAQ. I typically go to Island anyway.

CyberXLimit puts you at the mercy of the search algorithm it uses. If it can't
find an ECN to trade against, it will start preferencing MMs and you can get
your clock cleaned waiting for them to respond.

CyberExchangeECN, from what I understand, will only attempt to hit the ECNs,
meaning you will get a fast fill if any one of them (ISLD, REDI, ATTN, ARCA, NTRO)
is at your price.

You might try that first.
