What(Pakistan's) Foreign Minister Abdus Sattar said some days ago - 'should India test a nuclear weapon again, Pakistan will follow suit' -proves why neither government can quantitatively define their 'minimum' (nuclear deterrent). Actually the two programmes are an unlimitable arms race. ---excerpt

JPR:
A wog and a Wag would say Let the Indians continue testing until Pakistan tests its last nuclear weapon in a tit for tat reaction. This is one way to take them out of nuclear race. How many weapons can they make to keep on testing? Their economy won't permit such a Follow-suit stance. Then Abdus Sattar will stop stuttering: F...F...F...FOLLOW S...S...S...SUIT.
