I don't know whether they were the ones that made those recos. Jack Wheeler was the author of the article, "Goodbye" under the section "Behind the Lines" in the November issue of "Strategic Investment". I have heard that James Davidson of the same newsletter is very gungho about hitech and internet stocks. If I may say so, those two guys seem to say, "Ride the wave of the future." BTW, Barton Biggs of Stanley Morgan said on CNBC a couple of days ago thought the hitech and internet stocks would likely power higher for at least the next little while (he probably meant past January 2000).
