OT - At the risk of sounding like a cheerleader I wanted to let this thread know that today is the first full day back on OTCBB for BLLS. It was reinstated yesterday afternoon from the Pink Sheets.

Just in case anyone is interested.

Just imagine if item # 2 develops and comes to be, because this will lead one to conclude item #1 is just the beginning since the projected EBPP growth is 12 times! (Wasn't it last year (starting in 10/98) that the internet stocks ran up like crazy and continued into April/May?)

#1-- said 12-month price target is $100, or 75 times Warburg's 2002 earnings per share $1.33.

#2-- said the electronic bill presentment and payment (EBPP) market is estimated to grow to $31.7 billion in 2005 from $2.5 billion in 1998, according to Killen & Associates.
